TERMS AND CONDITIONS - LEMONN WEB TERMINAL
Effective Date: October 1st, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to your use of the Lemonn Web Terminal (“Web Terminal”) and are in addition to all existing terms and conditions with NU. By using the Platform, you agree to these T&Cs. If these T&Cs conflict with your other agreements, these T&Cs govern only your use of the Web Terminal.
1. Definitions
1.1. “Web Terminal” or “Platform”: Web-based trading platform hosted at tv.lemonn.co.in
1.2. “Third Party”: Service Provider where the charting interface is provided and Web terminal is hosted.
2. What is Web Terminal?
2.1. Web Terminal is a web-based trading terminal. It is designed to allow you to Analyze markets, place orders, and manage positions on a single screen.
2.2. The Web Terminal is a non-mandatory feature provided by NU to its existing Clients.
3. Client Login and Access
3.1. How do You access the Web Terminal: The Web Terminal is accessible via tv.lemonn.co.in
3.2. How to Login to the Web Terminal: You can use Your existing Lemonn credentials to log in to the Web Terminal.
3.3. For New Users: New users must complete their KYC via the Lemonn mobile application to become Clients. Only Clients are allowed access on the Web Terminal.
4. Integration with Third-Party and Data Sharing
4.1. Acknowledgement of Third-Party Services: While NU hosts the Web Terminal, features like charting tools, data display, and interface are provided by Third Party service providers.
4.2. Consent to Data Sharing: By using the Web Terminal, You grant Your clear and free consent for NU to share the necessary data for enabling the following features:
4.2.1. Display of current positions, orders and PnL on the Platform
4.2.2. Chart-based Order Placement, Modification, and Cancellation.
5. Functionality
5.1. Market Data and Charts: The Web Terminal provides real-time streaming market data, including price, Open Interest, Volume, and Depth of Market.
5.2. Order and Position Management:
5.2.1. Order Placement from Charts: You can place, modify, and cancel all supported order types (as available on the Lemonn App) directly from the Web Terminal. The order form will be pre-filled based on the instrument selected on the chart.
5.2.2. Your orders, positions and P&L between the Lemonn mobile application and Web Terminal will remain the same.
6. Other Terms
6.1. Market data and information provided are sourced from exchanges and/or third-party data providers. While NU strives to ensure accuracy, NU does not guarantee the timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of this data. You must verify critical information before making investment decisions.
6.2. You understand and agree that the services are provided through the use of software and systems and that You shall be liable in case of loss, damages, fines, penalties, charges, costs, expenses, etc., caused to You due to any interruption, malfunction, error, non-availability, technical glitch of, or for any other reason of whatsoever nature in the Web Terminal. You shall not have any claim/complaint of whatsoever nature against NU and/or its employees, directors, associates, affiliates, group, etc. in this regard.
6.3. You acknowledge that the Web Terminal is one of two or more modes of trading provided by NU (along with the Lemonn Mobile App). In the event of a technical glitch, error, or downtime on the Web Terminal, You must immediately switch to the other functional trading mode to manage, place, or cancel orders and positions.
6.4. The indicators, drawing tools or any visual representations provided on the Web Terminal do not constitute investment advice, recommendation, or solicitation. All trades initiated on the Platform are based on Your independent judgment and risk.
6.5. You understand and agree that TradingView’s Privacy Policy (available at https://in.tradingview.com/privacy-policy/ is not applicable to your usage of the Web Terminal.
6.6. NU reserves the right to change or modify these T&Cs at any time. Your acceptance of the amended T&Cs or continued usage of the Web Terminal will signify Your consent to the changes and agreement to be bound by the same.
6.7. Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks, read all the related documents carefully before investing. The contents herein above shall not be considered as an invitation or persuasion to open an account or trade or invest with NU. NU and its affiliates accept no liabilities for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of any actions taken in reliance thereon.
