- Non-registered or tenant farmers not listed in official land records
- Accidents caused by substance abuse
- Death due to natural illness rather than an accident
- Claims submitted after the prescribed time limit
Application Process
Farmers or their family members must approach the Talati or Agriculture Department office to file a claim. The application and documents must be submitted within the stipulated period from the date of the accident.
The department verifies the claim through field inquiry and then transfers the amount to the bank account.
