Eligibility

Exclusions
- Applicants employed in government or private sector with a regular salary are not eligible
- Vehicles purchased for personal or recreational use are excluded
- Those with active loan defaults with financial institutions may be denied
- Luxury or non-commercial vehicles are not covered
Application Process
- Visit the District Social Welfare Office or the implementing corporation’s office
- Collect and fill the prescribed application form
- Attach all necessary documents and submit
- Verification and field inquiry are conducted by the concerned officer
- Upon approval, the loan amount is disbursed to the dealer or the applicant’s account
