Eligibility

Exclusions
- Residential property purchases are not eligible
- Transactions not related to business or industrial activities are excluded
- Businesses that do not meet the investment or employment criteria of the applicable policy
- Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered
Application Process
- Register the business and complete the eligible property transaction
- Collect the stamp duty payment receipt and registration documents
- Apply to the Haryana Department of Industries and Commerce within the prescribed period
- Submit all documents along with the refund application form
- The department verifies the claim and processes the refund
- Refund amount is credited to the business bank account
