Small Industry Loan for Persons with Disabilities – Haryana

Overview

The Small Industries Unit scheme in Haryana provides financial assistance to Persons with Disabilities (PwD) to establish small industrial enterprises. Run by the Haryana government, it offers loans at concessional rates to enable PwD individuals to become economically self-sufficient.

Eligibility

Exclusions

• Persons without a valid disability certificate are not eligible
• Non-residents of Haryana are excluded
• Applicants with prior government loan defaults
• Business activities deemed non-industrial or non-viable

Application Process

1. Visit the Haryana Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Finance Corporation or the District Social Welfare Office
2. Obtain and fill the application form
3. Attach required documents including the business plan
4. Submit to the concerned office
5. A committee evaluates the project and sanctions the loan
