Eligibility

Exclusions
- Transgender individuals who do not belong to BPL households and have a regular income may not qualify
- Those already receiving similar financial assistance from other government schemes may be ineligible
- Applicants who are not residents of Sikkim are excluded
Application Process
- Visit the District Social Welfare Office or the Department of Social Justice and Welfare in Sikkim
- Collect and fill in the prescribed application form
- Attach all required documents including identity and BPL proof
- Submit the application to the concerned officer for verification
- After verification, the approved beneficiary is enrolled and payments are initiated via DBT
