Eligibility

Exclusions
- Non-SC/ST applicants are not covered
- Residents outside Goa are excluded
- Applicants with loan defaults are not eligible
- Business plans deemed non-viable by the committee will not be approved
Application Process
- Visit the Goa SC/ST Development Corporation or Social Welfare Department
- Obtain the application form for the self-employment scheme
- Fill and submit the form with a business plan and required documents
- A committee reviews and evaluates the application
- Loan is sanctioned and disbursed after approval
