Eligibility

Exclusions

  • Non-SC/ST applicants are not covered
  • Residents outside Goa are excluded
  • Applicants with loan defaults are not eligible
  • Business plans deemed non-viable by the committee will not be approved

Application Process

  1. Visit the Goa SC/ST Development Corporation or Social Welfare Department
  2. Obtain the application form for the self-employment scheme
  3. Fill and submit the form with a business plan and required documents
  4. A committee reviews and evaluates the application
  5. Loan is sanctioned and disbursed after approval
