Eligibility

- Non-residents of Haryana are not eligible
- Applicants whose income exceeds the prescribed limit are excluded
- Those with pending or defaulted loan accounts with government agencies may not qualify
Application Process
- Visit the Haryana Backward Classes Welfare Nigam office in your district
- Collect and fill in the application form for the Saksham Scheme
- Submit the form along with all required documents
