Eligibility

• Non-residents of Haryana are not eligible
• Applicants whose income exceeds the prescribed limit are excluded
• Those with pending or defaulted loan accounts with government agencies may not qualify

Application Process

1. Visit the Haryana Backward Classes Welfare Nigam office in your district
2. Collect and fill in the application form for the Saksham Scheme
3. Submit the form along with all required documents
