Objective
The scheme enables Safai Karamcharis and their family members to access affordable credit for income-generating activities. It helps them start small businesses, purchase tools or equipment, or fund vocational work without turning to expensive informal moneylenders.

Exclusions
- Applicants who do not belong to the Safai Karamchari community are not eligible
- Those with existing defaults on NSKFDC or SCA loans
- Individuals whose income exceeds the NSKFDC eligibility threshold
Application Process
- Contact the Haryana State Channelizing Agency designated for NSKFDC schemes
- Collect and fill the micro credit application form
- Submit with supporting documents to the SCA office
- SCA verifies eligibility and forwards the application to NSKFDC for funding
- Loan is disbursed through the SCA directly to the applicant’s bank account
