NMDFC Micro Finance Scheme for Minority Communities
Overview
The Micro Finance Scheme of the National Minorities Development and Finance Corporation (NMDFC) provides small loans to individuals from minority communities for income-generating activities. The scheme is channeled through State Channelizing Agencies (SCAs) and Self Help Groups.
It is part of the Ministry of Minority Affairs’ broader effort to improve financial inclusion for minority communities across India.
