Overview

Nishaktata Pension Yojana is a welfare scheme run by the Jharkhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (JBOCWWB). It provides a monthly pension to registered construction workers who develop a disability and are unable to continue working.

The scheme ensures that workers who become disabled during their career are not left without income support.

Eligibility

Exclusions

• Unregistered construction workers are not eligible

• Those receiving disability pension from any other government scheme may be excluded

Application Process

1. Visit the JBOCWWB district office
2. Obtain the Nishaktata Pension Yojana application form
3. Fill the form and attach all supporting documents
4. Submit to the welfare board office
5. Board verifies documents and processes the pension
