Eligibility
- Farmers and individuals engaged in animal husbandry, dairy, or fisheries in Madhya Pradesh
- Must have a clean credit history with the lending bank
- Age: 18 to 75 years (co-borrower required above 60)
- Applicable to individual farmers, joint borrowers, and tenant farmers with livestock
Exclusions
- Applicants not engaged in agriculture-allied activities
- Individuals with existing loan defaults to the bank
- Activities that are purely commercial without a farming connection
Application Process
- Visit the nearest nationalized bank or cooperative bank in Madhya Pradesh
- Request the KCC Pashupalan application form
- Provide details of livestock holdings and activity scale
- Submit the form with documents
- Bank assesses credit limit and sanctions the KCC
- Card is issued and credit is available for use
