Eligibility

• Should not be a defaulter with HSFDC or other financial institutions

Exclusions

• Applicants from outside Haryana cannot apply
• Large businesses or those already registered as medium or large enterprises
• Persons with existing loan defaults or poor credit history
• Speculative business activities or businesses without a clear revenue model

Application Process

1. Visit the nearest HSFDC district office or head office in Panchkula
2. Collect the application form for the trade and business sector scheme
3. Complete the form with business details and personal information
4. Attach all required documents and submit
5. HSFDC officers verify the application and conduct field checks
6. Loan is sanctioned after committee review and disbursed to the applicant’s account
