Eligibility

Exclusions
- Applicants who have previously defaulted on loans from HSFDC or other government financial institutions are not eligible

Application Process
- Visit the nearest HSFDC district office in Haryana
- Collect and fill in the application form for the Professional and Self Employment Scheme
- Attach all required documents along with the form
- Submit the completed application to the district office
- The application is reviewed and verified by HSFDC officials
- On approval, the loan amount is disbursed directly to the applicant
