The Haryana State Financial Development Corporation (HSFDC) operates a Poultry Farming Scheme to provide affordable loans to individuals and families interested in starting or expanding poultry businesses. The scheme supports broiler farming, layer farming, and hatchery units.

Eligibility
- Must be a permanent resident of Haryana
- Age between 18 and 55 years
- Should have basic knowledge of poultry rearing or willingness to undergo training
- Annual family income within the limit prescribed by HSFDC
- Should not have defaulted on any previous government scheme loan
Exclusions
- Applicants from outside Haryana are not eligible
- Large-scale commercial poultry companies are not targeted by this scheme
- Persons with existing loan defaults with HSFDC or other banks
- Applications without a viable project plan for the poultry unit
Application Process
- Visit the nearest HSFDC district office or HSFDC head office in Panchkula
- Collect and fill the poultry farming loan application form
- Prepare a basic project report for the proposed poultry unit
- Submit the application with all required documents
- HSFDC verifies the application and conducts a field inquiry
- Loan is sanctioned by the committee and disbursed to the applicant

- Aadhaar card and Haryana domicile certificate
- Income certificate from revenue officer
- Caste certificate (if applicable for priority consideration)
- Land or shed ownership or lease documents
- Project report for the poultry unit
- Bank account passbook and recent photographs
