Eligibility

Exclusions
- Businesses not registered as MSMEs under the MSMED Act
- Units located outside Haryana
- Enterprises with existing loan defaults or under legal proceedings
- Purchase of equipment unrelated to testing or quality control
Application Process
- Visit the Haryana MSME department or designated financial institution
- Obtain the application form for the Testing Equipment Scheme
- Complete the form and attach all required documents
- Submit the form to the concerned authority for technical and financial evaluation
- Equipment quotation is verified and loan amount is sanctioned
- Disbursement happens directly to the equipment supplier or beneficiary account
