Eligibility

- Dependents of deceased seafarers may also be eligible
Exclusions
- Seafarers from other states residing in Goa without domicile proof are not eligible
- Those already receiving a pension under Central Government maritime schemes
- Service record not verifiable through CDC or official records
- Applicants convicted of maritime offenses
