Delhi Loan Scheme for Construction Workers to Buy Work Tools

Overview

The Loan for the Purchase of Work Tool for the Construction Workers scheme is a Delhi government initiative under the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. Eligibility

• Must not be a defaulter on any previous loan from the board

Exclusions

• Workers not registered with the Delhi Construction Workers Welfare Board are not eligible
• Loan cannot be used for personal expenses or non-work-related purchases
• Workers with a previous loan default history may be excluded

Application Process

1. Visit the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board office
2. Obtain the loan application form for work tool purchase
3. Fill in the form and list the tools you intend to purchase with estimated costs
4. Attach all supporting documents and submit
5. After verification and approval, the loan is disbursed
