Eligibility
- Artisan or weaver registered with the Handicrafts or Handloom Department of J&K
- Must be engaged in actual craft production
- Should have an Artisan Identity Card or Weaver’s Identity Card
- No existing default on government credit schemes
- Resident of Jammu and Kashmir
Exclusions
- Non-registered artisans or weavers are not eligible
- Those with existing loan defaults will be excluded
- Residents outside J&K are not covered
- Use of credit for non-craft purposes is not permitted
Application Process
- Visit the District Handicrafts or Handloom Office in your area
- Obtain the credit card scheme application form
- Submit the form along with required documents
- Officials verify registration and eligibility
- Credit card is issued through a partner bank upon approval

- Aadhaar card and address proof
- Bank account details
- Passport-size photographs
- Any proof of current craft activity (workshop, materials, etc.)
