Eligibility
- Must be a resident and farmer of Arunachal Pradesh

- Must not be a chronic defaulter on agricultural loans
Exclusions
- Non-resident applicants
- Farmers without documented land rights
- Applicants with pending defaults on previous agricultural loans
Application Process
- Visit the District Agriculture or Horticulture Office in Arunachal Pradesh
- Obtain the Atma Nirbhar Plantation Yojana form
- Fill the form with details about land and proposed plantation
- Submit along with supporting documents
- Agricultural officer verifies the site and plan
- Loan is sanctioned and disbursed in tranches based on plantation stages
