Application Process
- Take an education loan from a scheduled bank
- Visit the Directorate of Higher Education in Assam or apply online
- Fill the Abhinandan subsidy application form
- Attach the loan account details, domicile certificate, and income proof
- Application is verified and subsidy is sanctioned
- Subsidy is transferred directly to the loan account via DBT
