Track PAN Card Status

You can track your PAN card application status through Protean (formerly NSDL) and UTIITSL using your Date of Birth (DOB) along with other details. Here’s how:

Track PAN Card Status via Protean (NSDL)

1. Visit the Protean PAN/TAN Status Tracking page.
2. Select “PAN – New/Change Request” from the Application Type dropdown.
3. Enter your 15-digit Acknowledgement Number.
4. Input the captcha code as shown.
5. Click on “Submit” to view your application status.

Note: Tracking is available 24 hours after submitting your application.

Track PAN Card Status via UTIITSL

1. Go to the UTIITSL PAN Status Tracking page.
2. Enter your Application Coupon Number or PAN Number.
3. Provide your Date of Birth (for individuals) or Date of Incorporation/Agreement (for entities).
4. Enter the captcha code displayed.
5. Click on “Submit” to check your PAN application status.

Alternative Methods to Check PAN Status

• Phone Call: Dial 020-27218080 (Protean) between 7 AM and 11 PM. Provide your 15-digit Acknowledgement Number to get the status.
• SMS: Send an SMS in the format NSDLPAN to 57575. You’ll receive an SMS with your application status.
