Limitations of Form 19
Prerequisites:
- UAN activated
- Aadhaar, PAN, mobile number, bank account linked and verified
- Employer has updated exit date
Step-by-Step Process:
- Visit: https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in
- Login with UAN and password
- Go to Online Services → Claim (Form 31, 19, 10C, 10D)
- Select “Only PF Withdrawal (Form 19)”
- Verify pre-filled details like name, bank, PAN
- Enter the last 4 digits of your bank account
- Choose reason for leaving job
- Request OTP and submit claim
- Track status under “Online Services → Track Claim Status”
