How to Register as a VLE

To become a VLE and operate a CSC, follow these steps:

  1. Eligibility Criteria:
    • Must be a local resident of the area where the CSC is to be established.
    • Minimum age: 18 years.
    • Educational qualification: Passed 10th standard.
    • Basic knowledge of computers.
  2. Required Documents:
    • Aadhaar Card
    • PAN Card
    • Bank account details
    • Passport-sized photographs
    • Proof of address
  3. Registration Process:
    • Visit the CSC Registration Portal.
    • Click on “Click here to Register” under the VLE Registration section.
    • Fill in the required details, upload necessary documents, and submit the form.
    • Upon successful submission, an Application Reference Number will be generated for tracking purposes.

After verification, approved applicants will receive their Digital Seva credentials via email.
