Many trading apps offer an ‘option chain’ view specifically for this, showing a full grid of strikes and expiries for a given underlying, from which you can select specific contracts to add directly to a watchlist rather than searching for each one individually. You keep your options watchlist focused on strikes and expiries you’re actually actively considering or holding, since options contracts change relevance quickly as expiry approaches and as the underlying price moves, unlike an equity watchlist which tends to stay relevant for much longer.
