SBIePay is the official online payment aggregator by SBI, enabling real-time collection of payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other supported modes. It’s uniquely integrated directly with SBI’s core systems, eliminating third-party intermediaries.

Who Can Use SBIePay?

  • Merchants holding an SBI bank account, including:
    • Government departments
    • Educational institutions
    • Corporates, NGOs, trusts
    • SMEs, retail ventures, and more
  • Domestic Indian merchants only—foreign/international merchants need direct verification from SBI.

How It Works (Merchant Side)

  1. Sign‑up at the SBIePay portal → Provide company, transaction, and technical details → Submit documents.
  2. After KYC & verification, merchant gets MCID/User ID and dashboard access.
  3. For payments, SBIePay offers:
    • iFrame integration on merchant website
    • Hosted payment pages
    • API-driven gateway access
  4. Customers select payment method, complete payment, and funds settle to merchant account within 2 working days (T+2 settlement).

Pricing & Settlement

SBIePay charges vary by payment mode:

  • Net banking: Commonly ₹5–₹10 per transaction
  • Credit cards: ~1% per txn
  • Debit cards / IMPS: Volume-based nominal charges
  • NEFT / UPI: mechanics vary based on payment channel and integration plan.

Merchants receive consolidated payment statements daily and can track settlements in their admin portal.
