What Is MahaConnect?

MahaConnect is Bank of Maharashtra’s online banking platform—secure, accessible 24×7 on web and mobile. It enables seamless management of accounts, transfers, bill payments, deposits, and service requests.

Registration Methods

Online Self-Registration (Retail Users)

  • Visit mahaconnect.in, select Retail → New User.
  • Provide account number, registered mobile & email, and valid debit card (number, expiry, CVV).
  • Verify via OTP, set your User ID & password. Access is typically activated within hours.

Offline Registration (Retail or Corporate)

  • Download the Internet Banking Application Form from the official site or pick up at a branch.
  • Submit the completed form with KYC documents.
  • After verification, the bank will issue User ID, Login Password, and Transaction Password.

Login & Password Recovery

Logging In

  1. Visit the MahaConnect portal and select Retail or Corporate login.
  2. Enter your User ID and password; use virtual keyboard if prompted.
  3. Complete secure login; you may receive OTP for multi-factor authentication.

Forgot Password Steps

  • Click “Forgot Password?”, fill in your user ID, registered mobile number, and debit card details.
  • Verify via OTP and set a new login or transaction password securely.

MahaSecure (Desktop Login App)

  • MahaSecure is a downloadable app (Windows/Mac) that offers secure access via a desktop interface.
  • To activate: log in via MahaConnect, download the .msi file, and launch the app.
  • You’ll verify via OTP, set a secret question and a 4-digit MPIN for subsequent login.

Beneficiary & Fund Transfer Workflow

  1. Add beneficiary under Payments → Manage Beneficiary → fill details (Name, Account, IFSC).
  2. Verify using OTP; activation may take a few hours.
  3. Navigate to Fund Transfer → NEFT/RTGS/IMPS → select beneficiary and amount → authorize.
