PNB ATM PIN Generation – How to Set or Reset ATM PIN Using Green PIN (2025)

Punjab National Bank provides a secure 6‑digit Green PIN (OTP) for setting up or regenerating your ATM/debit card PIN. Here’s how to do it across various channels:

1. Request Your Green PIN (OTP)

From your registered mobile number, send this SMS:

You’ll receive a 6‑digit OTP (Green PIN), valid for 72 hours. Each OTP is for one-time use only.

2. Set ATM PIN at a PNB ATM

  1. Visit a PNB ATM and insert your debit card.
  2. Choose Create/Change PIN (GPIN).
  3. Select OTP Generation/OTP Validation.
  4. Enter the 6‑digit Green PIN.
  5. Choose your new 4‑digit ATM PIN and confirm it.
  6. You’ll see “PIN generated successfully” on screen.

3. Use the PNB One Mobile App

  1. Log in to the PNB One App.
  2. Go to Debit Cards → Generate Green PIN.
  3. Select your account, enter card details and the OTP.
  4. Enter and confirm your desired 4‑digit PIN.
  5. PIN setup is completed instantly.

4. Internet Banking Method

  1. Log in to PNB Internet Banking (IBS retail).
  2. Navigate to Value Added Services → Card Related Services → Set/Reset Debit Card PIN.
  3. Select your account and provide card number, expiry date, and the 6-digit OTP.
  4. Set and confirm your new 4-digit PIN.

5. Via IVR (PhoneBanking)

  1. Dial 1800-1800 or 1800-2021.
  2. Choose language → Debit Card services → Generate/Validate OTP.
  3. Enter your card number and Green PIN, then set and confirm your new 4-digit ATM PIN.

6. Branch Visit Option

If required, you can request a PIN reset at any PNB branch by producing your debit card and mobile number. A Green PIN OTP will be sent to proceed.
