2. SMS Banking

- No specific format needed—just “BAL” or typed query
You’ll receive your balance in SMS. Standard SMS charges may apply.
3. WhatsApp Banking
- Add number: 70700 22222
- Send “Hi” to register → select Balance Enquiry from the menu
Your balance will appear in chat.
4. ATM Balance Enquiry
