How to Check Om Freight Forwarders IPO Allotment Status
Here are the main methods you can use:
Method 1: Registrar’s / Bigshare Services Website
- Go to the allotment status page of Bigshare Services (the registrar).
- Choose Om Freight Forwarders IPO from the drop‑down list.
- Enter your PAN number, Application number, or DP / Demat client ID.
- Solve the captcha (if prompted).
- Click Submit / Search.
- The system will show how many shares you applied for vs how many were allotted (if any).
Method 2: Via BSE / NSE Website
- On BSE’s IPO allotment status section, select Equity or IPO Allotment, pick Om Freight Forwarders, enter PAN or application number, and check.
- The NSE website may also have an IPO / allotment status page (if applicable).
- These exchange websites are often reliable backups if the registrar’s site is slow.
Method 3: Through Your Broker / Demat / Trading Account
- Many broker apps (Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One, etc.) provide an “IPO / Investment” section where you can see your applications and allotment status.
- If shares are allotted, they should reflect in your Demat holdings on or after 7 October.
- If no allotment is given, you should see a refund initiated by the registrar / exchange.
Tips / Notes
- Make sure the PAN / Application ID / DP ID is entered exactly correctly — small errors lead to “no record found.”
- If allotment is heavy oversubscribed, you may receive partial allotment (i.e. fewer shares than you applied).
- If not allotted, don’t worry — the refund will be processed back into your bank account automatically on or after the refund date.
- Sometimes allotment results may take a while to be reflected; check multiple sources (registrar + exchange) after allotment date.
What to Do After Checking Allotment
- If Allotted: Shares should be credited to your Demat account by 7 October. You can then decide whether to hold or sell on listing day.
- If Not Allotted: Refund should arrive into your bank account by 7 October.
- Partial Allotment: You’ll receive as many shares as allotted; the rest of your application amount will be refunded.
- If There’s Delay or Discrepancy: Contact the registrar (Bigshare), providing your application details, PAN, and proof of payment.
