The <strong>BSE\u00a0Sensex<\/strong> closed at <strong>81,548.73<\/strong>, gaining <strong>124\u00a0points<\/strong> or <strong>0.15\u00a0%<\/strong>, while the <strong>Nifty\u00a050<\/strong> ended at <strong>25,005.50<\/strong>, up <strong>32\u00a0points<\/strong> (<strong>0.13\u00a0%<\/strong>). This marked the <strong>seventh consecutive session of gains<\/strong> for both indices despite intraday volatility. Positive sentiment came from optimism over <strong>U.S.-India trade talks<\/strong>, expectations of a <strong>U.S. rate cut<\/strong> and supportive <strong>domestic tax reforms<\/strong>. Profit\u2011taking in information\u2011technology and auto shares limited upside, and the rupee slipped to <strong>\u20b988.44 per U.S. dollar<\/strong>, a record low, amid foreign investor outflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Broader indices were largely flat. The <strong>BSE&nbsp;Midcap<\/strong> index rose about <strong>0.14&nbsp;%<\/strong>, while the <strong>BSE&nbsp;Smallcap<\/strong> index ended almost unchanged. Within the NSE, <strong>24&nbsp;stocks gained<\/strong> and <strong>26 declined<\/strong>, reflecting a balanced market. Market capitalisation of BSE\u2011listed companies increased to about <strong>\u20b9457&nbsp;lakh\u2011crore<\/strong>. The issue received healthy subscription interest from retail investors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Galaxy Medicare IPO:<\/strong> This healthcare consumables company saw better\u2011than\u2011expected demand on Day\u00a02 of its public issue, signalling strong investor appetite for mid\u2011sized offerings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Airfloa Rail Technology IPO:<\/strong> The rail\u2011equipment maker\u2019s IPO was <strong>fully subscribed within hours<\/strong> of opening, reflecting investor optimism in infrastructure themes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dev Accelerator IPO:<\/strong> On Day\u00a02, the logistics firm\u2019s IPO was subscribed <strong>8.96\u00a0times<\/strong>, with the retail portion nearly <strong>35\u00a0times<\/strong> oversubscribed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id='outlook-for-tomorrow-12-september-2025'  id=\"boomdevs_7\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outlook for tomorrow (12&nbsp;September&nbsp;2025)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The short\u2011term outlook remains <strong>cautiously optimistic<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Range\u2011bound trend expected:<\/strong> After seven straight sessions of gains, indices may consolidate as traders digest the recent rally.
