NSE<\/a> operates a Pre-Open Market Session from 9:00 AM to 9:15 AM before normal trading begins at 9:15 AM. This session allows price discovery for stocks <\/a>expected to open significantly different from the previous close \u2014 particularly after major corporate announcements, results, news events, or global market moves overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
