Provide extra subsidies and assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"simple-real-life-example\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simple Real-Life Example<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imagine a poor rural family receives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A goat (productive asset)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training in animal care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A small subsidy and bank loan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They start selling milk. Over a year, their earnings grow.
